Evil Energy Emitters are stationed outside the legacy dungeons.

Covetous has no emitter yet has Mummies and Liches spawning at the entrance.

The following dungeons have the Emitters stationed outside the entrances.

Despise
Destard
Doom
Hythloth
Shame
Wrong

This brings to mind the Story line...Distracting Decisions posted about June 17th.
While we are busy in Tokuno what brews in Britannia.
Any other shards have these Emitters or is this an Atlantic EM event?
