Reason: Our provider is moving our server and others to a different node in Chicago.

From The Company: We are planning do this between 11am and noon CDT on Sunday, July 31; when the move occurs, you will see up to a few minutes of downtime. Your server will be brought back online automatically, with its port retained and all of its settings intact.
