3/19/2019 – The rangers traveled to Jhelom to answer a request for an audience from Rolf, the headmaster of the Brothers in Arms. After explaining the dire situation in Jhelom and trashing his competitors, Rolf asked the rangers to undertake a mission to humiliate the Brothers in Arms’ hated rivals, the Hand of Death. According to Rolf, the Hand of Death had recently placed its honor flag on display. Normally the honor flags are kept in a secure place, as they are highly prized by the schools as being a symbol of their mettle and prestige. For this reason, Rolf asked the rangers to take the flag, as it would devastate the school by causing it to lose active and prospective students. At the fighting pits, the rangers took on several pit fighters while Skinner looked on and prepared himself to fight, however just before he could fight a Hand of Death student interrupted the fight desperately exclaiming that their honor flag had been stolen. Everyone rushed back to find the few remaining guards at the school had been killed, and where the flag once hung was now bare wall. The rangers explained to the enraged Skinner what they had been trying to do, and that they were not part of any plot to steal the flag. Skinner accepted the explanation but stated they would be called on to help recover the flag in return for their meddling.
