Is it worth smth or its just cand bee made by anyone?

as far as I can tell it is reproducible. If you attended, i would encourage you to keep it as a memory!

looks like it is just a scythe that has been dyed with metal dye tub and had a weapon engraver used on it

Yes it's still possible to make more. They were player made items from a City of Trinsic player run event. Restless is correct, it's just dyed with a metallic dye tub and engraved.

Nice to know some of them are still floating around though!
