Er, yes, there are plans to get that done. Sorta. Though I'd like to think that by "better and stronger" you mean "less extravagant and more humble".

Personally, I would like to see a more centralized city with SMALL plots available for housing. I think one way to repopulate cities is to allow more nearby housing.
