Balhae was a strange one, the EM said that there was a drop and showed everyone at the event what it looked like. Everyone that was still at the event after the boss died mentioned that they did not get looting rights, roughly 20-30 people. The EM said that one did drop and the person had already left. I have checked on ATL and have yet to see the item pop up. Iirc the item was an "Ugly doll" or something along those lines. I am sure more info will come up at the next event.
