does having 120 eval int still affect the amount of damage you do with your
weapons hit spell?

and does sdi affect this aswell?

i tried it on test 120 eval mage 20% sdi and was only hitting 9s on my lightning.

Eval does not affect hit spell on weapons, I tested this on test shard some time back. The spells coming off of a hitspell weapon are set to the damage amounts of a mage with GM eval.

I have heard that SDI does affect hitspell weapons but never tested it so....
