European servers down?

Everything's fine for me, up to the point where Europa and Drachenfels don't appear in the list.
At the busiest time of the day, too

Once again we get a demonstration of how 'on the ball' EA is. Down for over 2hours now and no recognition at all.

Any self-respecting company would at least have recognised the fault and apologised by now.

How long it will be down is immaterial and it will take what it takes but acknowledgement lets us know that somebody, somewhere, is awake and they just might be working on it..

server side is not an EA problem, but it's a problem of the server farm where the server is... and the server farms must always have a guy ready 24/7 ready to fix everything asap.

Obviously someone must warn the guy

Petra was logged in up until a little before 9pm UK time, while I switched characters a little before 8pm, and it wasn't listed.
