EUROPA shard technical issues! 7pm uk time till 10 pm uk time

I already posted here and I pmed Jeremy...but ofc no answer and nobody fixed anything yet.

It's been 20 days almost now that from 7 pm UK time to 10 pm UK time (it means almost PRIME TIME for europa shard) that these IPS aren't working properly (these are ea's ips)... SO many players can't simply play anymore !!!!

We tried to email the support (more then 30 % population of europa has this trouble during those hours!!!!)

We pay and we cannot play cuz those IPS are not working :

I'm getting a Better Ping time from the States....I'd say there has to be an issue.....Problem is, depending on where that first high ping hop you have is that might not be part of EA's Network so they have no control over it...

Did an IP Lookup on that first really Bad Hop of yours...
