Almost every time this has happened to a shard in the past it resulted in the shard crashing a few days later.... I would suggest that anyone who plays on Europa be cautious about doing things for the next few days, in case a revert happens.

Backups happen in the background anyway.
Wasn't there a time when european shards went only down every second day?
