[Price Check] Europa Luna House - 11x11 Southeast Corner

Hello, I recently caught a stroke of luck and acquired an 11x11 2-story house in Luna on Europa.
Could somebody please value it? I've been made offers, but don't want to be taken advantage of.

Slightly better location (no offence) but should give you and potential buyers a rough idea.

I would have thought the official vendor search will bring the prices of Luna plots down, who knows when that will come in though.

I would probably value this one in the 300-350m bracket, I was offered one a little bigger but again not road facing for around the 500m mark, but hey it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay..
