As you can see from the pictures, it is a "Large House with Patio", in Malas, which you can decide to turn into a customizable house if you'd like.

The house is located West of Luna, but at walking distance as it is very close.

There are no Spawn in the vicinity of the house, except for the occasional Skittering Hopper or Sheep

There is no starting bid.
There is no buyout option.

Please let me know your offers during the weekend and Monday evening I will transfer the house...if anyone wants it, that is.

i dont think you will sell this europa has loads of house spots so its not too hard to place if you want to make real gold in housing atl is your best bet
