Man, our restart must was 2 hours ago!
But every day it at different times +-1h and some minutes, but we loose all progress also for 1 hour before it.

europa down time is anywere within a 2 hour 20 minute window at the moment..it can happen at any time in that window...and it reverts each day- ingame time lost...AND if u place a house in that time...if its still up it screws your placement timer up...probably because the shard is not synched with the housing warehouse.....very very annoying

Baja and Atlantic. These servers did the same thing for a few weeks not too long ago. Usually an hour or two (sometimes immediately) after server resets. Might have something to do with daylight savings changes (in preparation and after the changes). There were a few servers, Atlantic being one of them, that would go down for maintenance, come up and then go back down and had to be manually brought back online.

So your point is what? - It is OK to be sarcastic when players object? - That because it happened elsewhere its fine? - It should happen on all shards and spread the annoyance? - please elucidate!
Europa went down at 0058 Eastern today and as of 0150 still not back. Wonder how long the rollback will be today.
*EDIT* The server maintenance message popped up and within 30 seconds the server was down. Not the normal 3 messages, "find someplace safe..." etc messages. Just "Servers will be going down shortly."

This website is also a pretty poor place to seek assistance from developers, broadsword, etc. They are not obligated to browse, reply or even acknowledge posts or issues posted here. Paired with the fact that it is midnight for the developers, they more than likely aren't even awake.
Here is to hoping the can figure the issue out from server logs though!

Europa still not up..? This is getting old..
2 1/2 hours now. I understand the time of night thing but you would think they would at least have an intern watching server status or something. *shrugs* I just want them to come back up so I can ensure nothing is unlocked from some changes I made an hour or so before maintenance.
Was planning on making thousands of potions this morning. Guess i'll go outside, smell the spring and watch the solar ecplipse instead...

here is hoping they can fix the server start thing...its obvoius in limbo at the moment and wont get resarted till the team show up at 08.00 east coast usa time...which im guessing is in around a hour or so.....fingers crossed for the fix though....it cost me 5 days dead account...due to placement server and housing warehouse errors... not happy about that...wont be touching europa housing till its fixed.. its the 2nd time too happened on europa....fix it plz!!
In my best polite English 'This lot are an absolute shower'. Because there is not and has not been an actual game forum run by and for the game, they obviously feel they have a right to ignore players on the best alternative. This thread has been up for days and the problem has been around even longer. The concerns of their customers are obviously of no concern to them. My R/L role is Quality Assurance and if I carried out my tasks in the same slipshod manner I would long ago have been seeking a new job. I worry for the future of this game, other threads contain ominous posts relating to account closures but generate no action to combat these. Somewhere along the way the phrase 'The customer is always right' has become 'The customer is NEVER right'. A basic tenet of good business is to give the customers what they want, however that seems to have been forgotten and replaced by the customers SHALL have what we condescend to give them. Ah well maybe they introduced the 5 10 15 hour periods at idocs to get us used to waiting 5 10 15 hours for our shard to come back after server down.

Actually it would go a long way if they just had a "service status" page where they would update with such things a "Europa shard down, we are currently working to resolve the problem" would be great, the way things are now we do not even know if they know its down.
