Ethy mount tool is bugged/broke

Im glad to see a fix is underway for the goza mats and other issues but I've posted and a few others have about the ethy mount tool not working and got no response back on it. (unless I missed a post)
I've tried paging in game about it and got the submit bug reply, which I did. I know a gm fixed an ethy tool for someone by removing where it says 11 years on it. Is this some thing that is going to be fixed for everyone to use or no? A response would be greatly appreciated. :)
