Ethereat Voyage Cooldown

How long is the cooldown? I just tried it in the CC, and it didn't say "you can do this in x minutes", unfortunately it said "you have to wait to do this" or something very similar. UOGuide just says there's a cooldown of several minutes.

5 mins. This was with a level 5 focus, not sure if it matters or not.
