Ethereal Mounts being lost - Help

Hey guys!

We're working on this right now, but we're still not able to reproduce the problem on our end. Could anyone who's been affected by this respond to this thread please?

We'd like to know:
* Where and when it happened
* Which ethy you were using
* Whether you were mounted with it at the time, or whether it was in your pack
* Any actions you were doing you think might be involved (like slipping on an "icy patch")

Update:
* One issue found! We identified one thing that was causing the "dismount and not have a statue" one. This began only yesterday, however, and doesn't account for the other ethy bugs reported in this thread, so please keep sending us information!

One of our guildmates suddenly lost his Ethernal Beetle at the champion spawn last night. Another guildmate saw it sort of in the ground and picked it up. The same person who dropped the Ethernal Beetle also lost a ring which was not found.

Okay I was in the SA client, double clicked my polar bear to dismount and I have no statue in my bag to use it again, My bag isnt full or over weight, ive logged in and out, closed the client, tried 2d.

Probably a problem with the 3d client then, also a problem with not being able to see the ostards while riding them?

This was roughly two weeks ago. I almost always use the SA client. It was an Ostard. The last time I remember riding it was on the mainland road near Skara Brae. I had transferred from Chessie to Atlantic roughly a half hour earlier. I got my backpack contents, including the ostard, a bunch of money, a house tool, and went down there on the Ostard to place a house I had scoped out a spot for earlier.

The ostard was dragged to my hotbar to mount and dismount. I logged out and when I logged back in and clicked on the hotbar to mount, it said the object wasn't available (or whatever the message is) and when I went into my backpack the ostard statue was missing.

Is any help available for this? It happened a few weeks ago and I figured it was related to the shard transfer and I'd never get anywhere with support.

Went missing after dismount fighting in ter mur

At first I thought it was under everything.. nope.. gone...

I know a friend mentioned he was mounted on his ethy (a plar bear) and he was killed. When he ressed, he found his ethy was missing.
