Would anyone have a (Ethereal Mount Tool).
That might be locked down for players to use.
Or charge me? i like a transparent "Charger of the Fallen".

I can "retouch" your ethereal for you. The tool does not work when locked down, and must be used by a 11+year account.

It can be used by "any age" account, but he is correct, it doesn't work when locked down (I tried mine that way just now).
