How rare is this item and what would it be worth? I have only received one ever and it does not appear to drop anymore..... Please share your (educated) wisdom! :)

It's a pretty rare drop, but it still does drop afaik.

It isn't worth as much as it should be :(

I'd guess in the 10-35mil price range?
