Does it have to be orcs or do you need that particular escort quest?

There's a cell on the second level of the orc mines, where the prisoner respawns within a minute of being rescued. There are also (less reliable) common prisoner spawns in Brigand hands on Barrier Island at Trinsic.

There is a prisone in the 1st level of Despise (lizardmen level) just north of the entrance.

I guess changes have been made so there is the 5 min. timer

If you are only up for compassion gains, you could do the bravehorn escort. If you kill him after the escort, he immediately respawns at the starting location.
Additionally there is a flowery girl (Lisbeth? or sommit) in Illshenar. Escorting her gives compassion, too. (I have not tried killing her, shes a blue npc and could be non-attackable. Additionally you should have positive karma for this quest, becourse her path leads through some pxie ways.)

But it is not without a timer. That NPC respawns fast, but, he makes you wait like 5 minutes between each escort.
