Error with trying to Xfer from Oceania TO Catskills

it's been well over 24hrs- I do not have more on me than I am allowed.. am not in a guild...etc
I clik on my token and the error I get is:" The Selected Shard destination is unavailable..."
UGHHH?? I double checked , just in case & there is an open slot for her to be there...
I did a shard transfer last night that work just fine..

Is anyone else having issues with shard transfers right now?

Can someone please look into this and get it fixed??

Ok so maybe there is a bigger issue than just Origin as a destination shard.

Tried again this morning to transfer to Catskills from Oceania- this time it at least let me being the transfer without an error..
NOW over an hour later, I am still waiting for the char to "arrive" in Catskills .. With a very few exceptions Shard transfer
had always been completed within 20 minutes or so after the transfer had begun..

However I do still have 2 shard transfers that have been going on since right after Shard transfer were introduced to the game.
that's about 10 yrs now. So things are being improved

A few days ago I was having problems logging onto Wakoku, being told a character transfer was in progress. But that was impossible, the last transfer had completed last week.

I was transferring to Wakoku again and was quite afraid, so I waited overnight. Still the same error. I went ahead with the character transfer, which took under half an hour with no problems, and then I could log onto any Wakoku character as normal. Something's bugging out.
