error-with my down load can anyone help

had to do a revert on my lap top witch took my ultima online 9th anniversary off my comp.Thought to myself no prob. ill just redownload it right that will work
and now all i get is this crap

an error [-5004: 0x80070002] has occurred while running the set up.
please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed outher applications.if the error still occurs,please contact your vendor EA games

Try deleting any files in your UO Patch directory. This might allow the client to start with a fresh update patch.

ok tryed that even wiped ultima out of my comp.than redownloaded the file from the uo webb site got the same damm error can anyone tell me what im doing wrongo the outher file kingdom reborn downloaded just fine dont understand why mondains legacy will not get by the damm error

It's an InstallShield error. I guess you're using Vista.
So navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files, and delete (or rename) the Installshield folder.
Finally, try again.
