Error Logging In

I have been trying to log into the game and I keep getting this same error.

An error has occurred in the synchronization between the login servers and this world. Please close your client and try again.

I have closed out and tried over and over for about half hour and still nothing.. Anyone know what this error mean?

Yeah, you are forced to do that EACH AND EVERY TIME. I've also rebooted the computer multiple times. And tried running the processes as admin. *shakes head* Happens on all of my computers and is super annoying when I want to switch characters and it takes ten minutes of restarting over and over and over.
