Spread through my accounts I have a few characters, which are unable to login and pass the Entering Britannia screen. One time I asked a GM for help, but he also could not solve the issue.
Since these chars now mainly exist for getting the gifts on the shards, this had a relatively low importance for me - but is there any way to solve this without deleting the affected chars?
(Since they are very old, maybe they still have a few nice goodies in their bank box ...)
