Alright, I've just about had it with the crap. I'm sick to death of my mailbox blowing up with reported posts and PM's. Black Sun and I have been more than lenient with a lot of the posts here but we still get accused of bias. There's nothing biased about it. There are rules on these boards. Follow them or get off. Unless you are a Stratics Staff member, you in NO way see every thread that gets removed so don't come crying to me about how YOUR thread was targeted.

We gave you guys a PvP smack talk thread that is VERY loosely moderated but you have to drag the drama and the BS into every other thread and then whine that we are being biased. I'm here to tell you right NOW, keep it up and I'll lock the PvP Smack Talk thread and remove every other post or thread that steps across the line rather than just locking threads.

You guys aren't doing a thing in the world other than destroying any possibility of community and making yourselves and this entire shard look like morons. I know if I was looking for a shard to come to, based on the crap lately, I sure as the devil would not choose Catskills. In fact, to be perfectly honest, I'm about ready to pack up and move! You want to fight it out, that's what Fel is for in game and that's why there are PM's and ICQ OUT of game.

If you have a beef with Black Sun or me, please, by all means, send a PM to Petra Fyde, Magdalene or kittykat. Otherwise, STOP THE CRAP or I will start removing the threads and infracting. Neither of us has time for this mess and I'm out of patience with cleaning up the poop so stop it. You won't get another warning.

LoL people really care that much? When I make posts I know which ones will get removed before I even finalize it. Everyone else knows damn well too. In situations like this the poster can only blame themselves, there is no bias.

Ok kids fun time is over! No more finger pointing, fighting, or insulting each other. No more trying to be sly while talking about someone else. You all report to the corner and stand there till you can act like grownups! You are shaming yourselves and this shard and I have had enough.
For the last few weeks I have sat Back and watched this go downhill fast and I will admit I was embarrassed for all of you, but if you kept it to the PvP thread it was fine with me, but it has spilled over everywhere and that I will not put up with. If you have a problem with another player take it someplace else or settle it in Fel. Maybe our EMs should hold an "I Hate You!" PvP tournament just for you to settle things? Just that I know someone would whine about it not being fair to them for some reason, and we would be off again. Maybe you should try playing the game more and fighting here less? I for one have had enough of this!

Also, I am sorry, but the more active the boards are, the more the mods will be accused. I would consider who is making the accusations, then not really think too much of it. I think you guys are more than fair and you will rarely hear me complain. For any and all of which I have contributed to anyone's desire to "not play Cats" I apologize.

The sad part is people whine if there's no smack talk, and then they'll whine if there is.

To be honest, smack talking keeps the game interesting and people need to take it less seriously.

I would apologise if the Economical Sanctions were a decoy to improve my sales...
I would apologise if accountability in a game isn't important...

I would apologise if banning scripters would not help the game...

I am going to take the liberty to take a stab at answering this on behave
of Anne.

Yes she did expect it and Yes she can handle it.
She has a rl job that deals with training and handling people with
needs that are way more important to everyday lives than a game.
She deals with their whining and ranting and ravings and her
employers think very highly of her for the job she does.
She is more than qualified to deal with the position here.
But with that said sometimes things can go over board to the point
it is ridiculous

And Catlord you would apologize if you counted Anne‘s friendship
as valuable as I do. If you knew the person she really is and the
caliber of a friend she is to someone outside this virtual world of pixels
with wars and facets call felucca and trammel and so forth. .
If she were more important to you than a pixel war in fel
you would apologize and for that I will every time I put my mouth
in a position where it causes her grief or stress

It would be a lot "easier" if Stratics was smart enough to not allow people to "moderate" a forum that is particular to the shard/world they actually play on. At least then it would remove the issues that players have w/ they moderators making what they think are biased actions based on their affiliations w/ friends/alliance/guilds. But it's a little late for that.

I say we all "take this outside" the the NHB forum or something!

It doesn't work. I mod Pacific too, and I don't ever play there. I still get called biased on a regular basis by them. Basically it boils down to people who got their e-feelings hurt feel the need to cry foul because they can't accept that they don't know how to behave in public.

You know Lebrun... you missed alot of fun yesterday.
We got to hunt pumpkins, say some poems, fight a bit and then throw a knight into a water pit...
All in a community environment while most should be grinding the system...

Can we all get along? nope, impossible, I know... but we can have fun... ingame.

I've been playing a bit lately since I've got time, but haven't been pvping too much. Trying to catch up on this expansion a bit & get an imbuer going. FWAP seems to have died out pretty much since I stopped playing, so I don't have the regular few that I used to play w/. I suppose when I find a few who wana have fun & will let me call i'll be back out there.

It's true to an extent.

I post things I shouldn't often, but usually accept whatever happens. But there's also times where I feel that I get reprimanded for something I shouldn't have, based on what others "get away with". But then again it's all my opinion & how I feel, & you really can't expect everyone to think or feel the same as you, which is one 'hard' part of being a moderator haha.

It's also no secret that the players of our shard & posters have their issues with other individuals/groups. But that will always exist until one, the other, or both leave. But I guess that's every shard!

If I had to moderate I'd probably issue a warning/infraction for every post I had to view that didn't make me laugh! Which basically boils down to I wouldn't want to do it & feel bad for those who get "stuck" doing it! :p

If you could wish bad things on people....and it actually worked....I'd be dancing in the yard with a plucked chicken, chanting for chlamydia to grab some folks! We create our own "luck". We create our own problems. I hope you can work your way out of this one.

I don't believe she is asking for an apology. Anne is asking for grown ups to act like it and to post the nasty remarks where they should be posted.
