If i have for example a weapon with 90% cold damage and 10% physical damage, could this weapon be enhanced to give 100% cold damage? I thought i remember a chart somewhere that shows what materials give what after enhancing...

Enhancing weapons...

Yes, but there is a high chance you will destroy the item when you enhance. You can however use a forged metal tool to insure 100% enhance, but they are costly and come in 5 or 10 charge versions. I personally only use the tool on a high end imbued item, and only after its finished to put the final touch on it.
