i wasted a charge off one of those Forged Metal Tools that you have to buy to find that out.
as you can well imagine i was very surprised and dismayed.
not only did i waste a charge off the tool but i had spent days mapping out the suit and then farming up all the stuff i needed and such for the build and because i missed out on those resists that i had been banking on from the enhancing of the amulet my suit is 'sub par' and isnt perfect.
damn OCD.
