There are 3 different versions of these books. The first round was given out to everyone at the event. After the event was over EM Dudley was informed by everyone that the book did not work. You were unable to open the book but were able to drop runes in it. A few days later Mesanna showed up on Chessy and spammed in chat that anyone that had the book and wanted it fixed was to meet with her in Brit and get it fixed. About half the ppl who got the item showed up but shortly after some were swapped out it was brought to Mesanna's attention that you could put runes in it and open them but could not recall from them. So a third batch was made to be handed out the next night and those were the working versions of this item. The rarest of the 3 sets are the 2nd set. I was there during each version being handed out and owned all 3 versions before selling/trading for other items. If an order of how the sets rank in rarity was to be listed then going from rarest to most common it would go 2, 1, 3.
