Enhanced Client Backpack and Settings not working

The apply -accept don't work on the settings menu. I can't change music volume , luminosity , etc...

All the other thing in the ui seem to work well.

I have try restarting , reloging , login whith another caracther , delete user files etc...

Eddit : If i go in the user files i can change a few things manually like resolution and volume , it apply in game. But the in game accept , apply button still don't work
