There is one for sale on Atlantic VS for 200k currently.

It's a set of four from a global event. The first one, Sapphire Eye of Dungeon Doom, is the rarest. It only dropped 10 (iirc) per shard. After a bunch of complaining, the following three dropped quite a bit more making them fairly common in terms of rares.

I only commented on the emerald. It's not too hard to check VS on any shard even if you do have to create a character.

The three common ones are on vendor in Sonoma for 850k. I usually see them priced around 1-mil each but, with that said, they don't actually sell very often at that price.
