I meant to post this a couple days ago, but here you go!
There's been some hullabaloo regarding the whereabouts of our absentee EMs. On Sunday several Chesapeakans followed a boozy trail of clues to find Drosselmeyer and Dramnar relaxing on a private beach in Ilshenar. (They had even hired a special guardian and every harpy in Ilshenar to guard the beach!)
We reached their hideaway to find that they'd drunk so much that they had lost track of time, had no idea that Christmas and New Year's had come and gone, and had entertained themselves by drinking and... well, mostly drinking. Seriously, they were kicked out of a couple places before they landed in Ilshenar.
It seems that they also played some kind of chess variation and... sewed sashes. I guess they enjoy sewing. The sashes smelled a bit but were otherwise of surprisingly good quality for having been sewn by utterly intoxicated crafters.
When informed of the date, they quickly took their leave, stating that they'd best get to working on events.
So there you have it! The Chesapeake EMs are back... but probably nursing brutal hangovers. Hopefully they will have recovered in time for Sunday's House of Commons.
