[Buying] EM shoes / boots / footwear

So as a few of you know, I have focused my collection on EM footwear over the last few years. I have finally compiled a list of just what I am missing. Obviously, I would love to be able to acquire any of these, but unfortunately most of these items are unique. If any of you own, or have any info on the owners of any of the items on this list, I would love to hear it. I know several of the items are in the hands of people that are highly unlikely to part with them. Even if the owners are not willing to part with them now, it would be great to know that they still exist and who may have them (even if they aren't for sale). Thanks for looking!

EM + Boots.. ok..
Well I know its not what you asked but some yrs ago LS EMs organized a bagball game. Some guy on one of the teams playing did steal the bagball. Twice. So for the third time, the EM drop 4 pair of non movable boots (non movable items means they wont have a "weight" property but actually will weight 255 stones) on the bagball so the weight combined was 1020 (or 1021 if we count the bagball too). Anyway, as you can see on the next picture, someone didnt care about that and stole the bagball again. AFAIK, game ended
