Just FYI but glacial clothing (even that hue) is illegal and there's more than 2 even with that mark, it has value like everything else but can't be worn in public. I'll leave it there...
I've sent an email to clarify the legality of this cloak. I know about the Clops situation but this was created long before Clops was an EM. Seppo is from 09-11ish. Clops wasnt even an EM until 2015/2016 I believe.

The other problem is that there is a wide ranging cloth dupe going around right now - and this is one of the colors I've seen duped. Whatever you do - be extremely careful.
This would be my damn luck. Fingers crossed. I know about the various old EM sash cloth being cut up and duped, but this would at least be an original item not random cloth. I have no idea when cloth duping became prevalent. It would make sense that there is a cloth dupe going around right now with all the cool event item drop hues going around the last few years.
