The thiefmaster has finally found some useful information pertaining to Jacko. Come to the throne room this Monday evening to go on a quest to locate Jacko and the map fragment.
Unlike in the past, this event does depend on speed. Players from the opposing factions (Gargish supporters vs. anti-gargish supporters) will have a chance to get their hands on the map fragment. The quest may still be done at any time. However, only the fastest side will be able to get the map fragment in the end.
You will receive thief notoriety points for sending in a summary after completing the quest.
Gargish alliance supporters: Turn in the map fragment in a bag with your (or team members) name at the mailbox in reward hall (take the vortex from EM Office in West Britain).
Keep Britannia Clean supporters: Turn in the map fragment in a bag with your (or team members) name at the mailbox at the PvP house located in Felucca (Take the vortex next to the moongate in Jhelom Fel).
