Mistress Claus Visits the Spiritwood – Britannian Winter Carnival

Dame Claus - wife of the aforementioned Master of Virtue - arrived earlier this Solstice season to spread some Christmas cheer to the beleaguered people of Britannia. With murder and rumors of war spreading through the Empire ...cause for celebration is few and far between.
The evening began with a moment of silence for all those who have fallen this past year.
The moment concluded, we proceeded to mingle and celebrate, engaging in some of the games and contests that had been prepared for us. Councillors and Diplomats, Pagans and the Virtuous mingled over the tables, sharing stories ...and more.
A Variety Show was held midway through the evening, featuring Fern Goodfellow (singing a new rendition of "Seppo Baby"), Jessie Jenric (a Jester who wowed the audience with a balance and juggling act), the Duchess of Dawn (who retold the "Night Before Christmas") and Kylee Meer (who offered a short poem of her own).
Peter Tarrant was announced as the winner of the Gift Box Decorating Contest. You can view the contestants here.
