When she says Knights, is she referring to the officers or any able body?

Knights of The Crux Ansata is any able bodied person willing to stand and fight. When or if Danica ever wanted to see just leadership within the Knights, she would ask for them specifically. She has never needed just the officers that I recall though.
If you consider yourself a member of the "Royal Guard" or "Britannian Militia" this event will be of interest to you.
It will consist of a patrol of the various cities to show a presence.

Well my main warrior is considered as a Pirate . On land i could pretend to be a Corsair working for the king ( if there was one ). In any case nobody is gonna cry over scuttled ships of the greedy merchants. And im always willing to help the regular folks of sosaria.
Just realised i missed the event lol. Oh well maybe ill be there for the next one.
