It is time to vote on the charter that was presented previously by the High Council. A ballot box will be placed in the throne room with an option for a simple Aye or Nay vote. The charter requires an approval by 60% of the votes to come into effect.
The ballot box will be placed by 3:00 PM PST on Saturday, October 15th and will remain there till the end of Wednesday, October 19th.
