Hear Ye! Hear Ye!

The charter proposed by the High Council has been accepted, albeit by a thin margin. Earlier, the charter saw a larger than expected opposition. However, in the end, it mustered up 154 Ayes versus 91 Nays signifying approx. 62% of the votes.

There will be an official ceremony this coming Sunday at 9:00 PM PST related to this momentous occasion in our history.

So now the Council is official? Excellent *rubs hands in classic Mr. Burns style*

Now if a Council Member were to have, say, an "unfortunate accident" Handalf could slide right in and the Great ConChickenspiracy is back in effect.
