I'd say it is more on par with Soothsayer mirror prices, if not more. Don't see them for sale often, if at all from my experience.

That is going to be one of the more expensive mirrors I think. Time Lord Items have been a little more popular, and the year is going to mean there aren't a ton of them in circulation.
