I recontacted Dudley about the previous day being on the 17th and how his email changed it to the 15th. Some had questions of is the 15th the last day you can submit or is it the close of submissions and you cannot submit on the 15th.

So Dudley has released this to you all.

Can extend until the 17th at 11:59 PM ET. I have no problem with that.
