an update, there are several books laying on the ground in Luna, containing more information about the event tonight:
ENGLISH:
"Seafight tonight - 8:30pm CEST (shardtime, saturday). Meeting: Councelor's Hall Britain. Come on Mages, Archers or other ways to range attack. Follow the rules or be disqualified from this and future pirateevents! Dont forget your pirateequipment: Tricorne hat, Rum, Spyglass, sextant, cutlass. This is a minievent no global mainevent with major rewards but will be fun definately! You might wanna start to discuss teams, there will be 8 teams with a max of 7 members, choose your captain aswell he will be important for you. Write your teammembers exact names (of the charcters they will attend) and the captains name into a book and hand it to Blackbeard when the event starts. Rules will be explained and locked in the hall when the event starts, thanks alot

"Seekampf heute nacht - 20:30 MESZ/CEST (Shardzeit). Treffpunkt: Councelor's Hall, Britain. Kommt mit Piratenausrüstung! (Entermesser, Rum, Dreispitz Hut, Fernglas, Sextant) Fang vielleicht schon an Teams zu diskutieren, es wird je 8 Teams mit je max. 7 Piraten geben. Schreibt die exakten Namen der Chars auf deren Mitglieder kommen werden in ein Buch sowie den Namen des Kapitäns und gebt es mir wenn das Event beginnt.
Regeln werden erklärt und am Boden gelockt wenn das Event beginnt. Kommt auf Mages, Archer oder anderen Möglichkeiten aus der Ferne anzugreifen. Regelverstösse schliessen euch von diesem und zükünftigen Piratenevents aus, also bleibt fair, Danke!
