Stop complaining about your shiftwork already, you do it in every EM thread and its getting a little annoying! You're not the only one missing out, sheesh. Theres obviously no day/time to suit everyone, someone will always be left out but it doesn't mean you have to cry about it so much. Change your shifts or get a new job if it means that much to you :grouphug:

Not everyone is 'off' midweek - I used to work evening/night shifts and therefore had to miss EM events, so you're saying thats fine because it gave you a chance to attend but not me? Like I said before, no time is good for everyone, there will always be someone who has to miss it and for this event it was you.

What the hell is this 'all events are at weekends and I cant go crap?.

Sure the Funeral was on Saturday but this was an all shards event and surprise! surprise! they figured a Saturday night would be trhe best time.

Tonight was an EM event and yes it is Sunday. The continuation is tomorrow night and LO that is a Monday.

Look back over the Calender for the past year on the EM'S forum and I think you will find that a good 50% of EMs events have been during the week.

This does not jell with your eternal complaint that you always miss events cos they are at weekends.

Please give it a rest. Please.

We all miss them sometimes its just life.

You have to consider that the majority of people are likely not to be working on weekends, making it a prime time for events. Sure there are always going to be some, but you can't just cut out the majority for the minority. Pretty sure events will come up in the future which are on weekdays.

Or you could relocate to a shard whose timezone fits around your evening shifts.

''relocate to a shard whose timezone fits around your evening shifts.''

wtf??? yes another awesome solution...like changing ya job.....whatever

just seems like 90-95% of peeps would be able to make mid week evenings, leaving weekends for that much needed family time or socializing with freinds or like me working...lol

besides i guess it doesnt matter what ever i say..because there will be those certain sad people that simply say the total opposite for the hell of it.

I'm sorry you missed this event THP, Hope my report catches you up.

Theres an event follow up tonight at 8pm. I have noticed a trend where events are generally Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. But obviously there are always exceptions.

For the enlightenment of certain complainants about EM events always being held at weekends the following may be of interest.

I have just checked the calender for the last year and the following is interesting.

EM events held DURING the week 44
EM events held at WEEKENDS (usually Sundays) 25

Could this information be digested and the complaints cease, they simply have no validity.

I personally think our EMs do a great job and distribute these events superbly in an attempt to satisfy EVERYBODY, not just those who have a particular axe to grind.
