1.) Elves and Humans have the same body shape and size in both LOTR and in UO.
a. Looking at paperdoll, same exact body size and shape
b. Looking at character running around world, same exact body and shape

2.) Everyone who was going to upgrade to ML has done so.

So if not doing away with it entirely, then provide an NPC that we can pay to have it removed.

A npc-crafter that can "remodel" the item so humans also can use it.
Would be a nice gold-sink..... but Goldsinks are obviuosly not important...
