The quests are the same Red or Blue except for Arielle the Pixie, since Reds can't go to Ish they stuck a second Arielle in Fel I think near the Spirtuality Shrine. not possitive about the location but I believe that's it.

sacrifice shrine. I was the one who hunted fel till I found her way back in ML Beta. Except that's the human to elf quest. Elf to human requires escorting Lisbet to her grandfather's farm, In Fel you can take any escort quest to cover that part I believe.
