Elf to Human in Fel ?

I know it is possible to do the human to elf quest on a red char in fel ( The pixie you need from Ish is located at one of the fel shrines) but is it possible to do the Elf to Human Quest in fel and if so could someone point me in the direction of the escort part of the chain in Fel ?

I think they made it so you could escort any NPC so you could complete this part in fel? Not 100% though...

5. Go find an NPC and complete any quest that they are offering. Nedrick Iron Worker requires that you "help someone in need". It's easy to find an NPC quest in Cove. Simply escort a Noble, or Adventurer.

6. Return to Nedrick Iron Worker, strip down and there you go, you get to become Human.

Note: You must un-equip all items and dismount to become human.

You can also do the full quest chain on a red, but you will need a little help from a blue character.
The escort part of the quest is not an issue, since any random NPC escort will work.
The only issue is that golems no longer spawn on Felucca, so you will need to collect power crystals with a blue character on Ilshenar (or ask a friend with a blue char) and give them to your red character to turn them in.
