elf or human

I am creating an thief template. Should I go for human for the JOAT for tracking or stay as an elf for the night sight, harder to track, and the extra 20 in intel?

I prefer human for the 20 med, 20 focus, etc. It really depends on your template though whether the 20 int is worth more then the JoaT.

I would go human then, as with no med or focus, you'll find the 20 JoaT focus is enough to run around in animal form without draining your stamina in 10 seconds.

Can you use the poisonning specials and actualy poison people with your fencing weapon and no tactics?

Yes to if you have poison you and inflect poison without tactics.
