Elf-Human-...Gargoyle??

so i decided that it would be cool to make my character a gargoyle, not realizing how difficult it is to find gear. i am hoping there is a way to change my race from garg, to one of the other 2.

Any help would be appreciated

yes, you can do the normal human - elf or elf - human quest.
Though if you asked on your shard board someone would probably help you find some gear for your gargoyle char.
