Not more than 50mill imop, i made one ages ago runics are cheap but yeah its a matter or time and patience

im not really gauging this on rarity, cause its really rare. i dont think the rarity would compare to the price / desireability. i get about 30 clean 40 ssi for every 1 elemental, but more for usefulness. i know for me its a decent upgrade for both pvp or pvm throwing weapon.
