I am trying to craft an Elegant Collar of Fortune and am having a problem. I have "learned" the recipe for it from a scroll, but when I try to craft one in the tailoring menu, it says I have not learned the recipe yet. It said I learned a new recipe when I clicked on the recipe scroll. What is even more frustrating is when I try to "learn" the recipe again from another scroll, I am told that I have already learned it. Can anyone help?
