Electronic Arts becomes latest gaming hack attack victim

This was brought up a few days ago on here, with the conclusion that there is no risk to accounts outside of that particular forum (unless you were registered there with the same user/pass and the hackers happen to try it).

Yeah - I got notification that a server with 10 YO data on it was hacked. Some NWN forum data for me was on there but no gaming stuff.

Dunno ... I just know I got the email. And I can assure you anything that was gotten from those records has been changed/altered several times over during the years. Hell, I'm not even active there any more!

the email address it was sent to is not my personal one nor is it associated with EA gaming. I have so damn many email addresses I need a forest to track them all (paper ya know - electronics can be hacked).
