EJ Question

How do I make an older account able to log in and use the EJ. I can log into the account with my EA username and it has a mythic name. The account says closed but I thought you’d be able to log into older accounts. Do I need to do a step I missed or something?

Look at the features and make sure it does not say trial account. Those say closed.

Pawain is right, trial accounts did not get switched over onto EJ, if the account was paid it will take 4 months ( 120 days), I think, for it to become EJ.

You should be able to log in without doing anything - at least what I did.
